Perfect post cycle?

Is there such a thing as a "perfect post cycle"?
I'm reading thing like Nolvadex, Clomid, Letrozole, Proviron, HCG?
What else can ppl use on a post cycle to naturally start up everything again?

Proviron and hcg are suppressive , why the heck some one would use them if they want to recover .
Letro will crush your estrogen in a blink , no AI needed for pct.
Nolvadex and clomid are the the 2 compounds should be used for recovery, nothing less or more.

No your body needs a balance of hormones. Crushing your estro will leave you feeling so horrible you wont even think about getting out of bed!

I just went on the website and looked at some sample cycles...how come HCG is shown in post cycles yet not shown in the actual cycle? Just curious, one person says one thing and another says something else, so I'm just trying to understand what does what and why...and when to take things

I would imagine the article is an older one. HCG mimics lh production leaving it suppressed during administration. It only makes sense to run hcg during the administration of exogenous testosterone and discontinue it during pct so your endogenous testosterone production starts as soon as possible. Make sense?

Nevermind...it shows that using HCG in the first week it so of a PCT plan THEN using Clomid/Nolvadex is beneficial...ok answered my own question lol

No doesn't make sense...when is HCG best used? We've established Clomid/Nolvadex is the best for PCT...lol

Bingo because during the first week or 2 of pct the exogenous test has not left your system.

hcg will maintain testicular function as it mimics lh function. Honestly I would never run a cycle with out it.

It's a necessary option if safety is your concern. It just makes recovery easier and more effective. Proviron is a dht and can raise LH function and is a weak AI but no, not for the same purpose here. Always use hcg during a cycle. Proviron's use depends on your needs and in most cases is not necessary.
