Alright so here's the deal... I'm looking for something that will up my game across the board but also help me cut down on weight. I already eat right and count my calories, carbs, and so on. I don't trust injectables anymore because 2 years ago on my fourth inject the next day my leg blew up to twice the size with just water weight, pain, and stiffness. I know people say just try running or cardio and you'll slim. I already do that. I work 4 hours a day at UPS doing cardio, and after my day job I do Muay Thai kickboxing. Still the weight stays. I've tried so many diet pills or substances but they don't work enough. So my question to everyone is what can I take that will help me trim fat, build muscle, and make me more lethal in Muay Thai? Any help is also appreciated. Thank you.
