After a year and a half of slacking and cutting, I lost weight and pretty much all my muscle. Now my goal is to bulk and gain 10 lbs of muscle, I already read the 'How to Bulk sticky' and came to a conclusion that I have to eat around 3051 calories in order to build some muscle and OMG I'm having so much trouble reaching that amount of calories. Before reaching that amount of calories was a breeze but now I seriously have to FORCE myself to eat which feels very unpleasant. I never had this problem before, is it maybe because I was cutting for so long? Anyone ever had the same problem? If so any solutions??
