Help me! I find it SO HARD to bulk and reach my calories

A little info about me, I'm a 22 yo male, 5'10 155 lbs 14% bf and I remember asking for advice on here about 2-3 years ago, during that time I was Extremely committed and actually kind of obsessed with fitness, bulking, getting big , etc. I actually gained muscle mass (got to 170 lbs) and was very happy with myself. After a year and a half of slacking and cutting, I lost weight and pretty much all my muscle. Now my goal is to bulk and gain 10 lbs of muscle, I already read the 'How to Bulk sticky' and came to a conclusion that I have to eat around 3051 calories in order to build some muscle and OMG I'm having so much trouble reaching that amount of calories. Before reaching that amount of calories was a breeze but now I seriously have to FORCE myself to eat which feels very unpleasant. I never had this problem before, is it maybe because I was cutting for so long? Anyone ever had the same problem? If so any solutions??

Alot of people do have to force themselves to eat, and doing it day in and day out is hard. Maybe of the secrets is nailing some good recipes of great tasting food that are healthy for you to consume. Make it taste good and its easy to eat. i could eat 2 kilos of ice cream easy, 2 kilos of tuna or chicken breast not so much.

Here is my new trick i learned like few days ago: blend oats till powder, put it in ur shake bottle add few grams sugar, add water or milk (easier wAter), mix then drink.
I just drank 90g oats with liquid eggwhites and i was already SUPER FULL before drinking it but since it's liquid, np. That's 400 cals in 30 seconds. Do it 4 times a day that's 1600 cals. It's REALLY EASY and cheap!!!!

Just add some more fats to your nutrition plan. 3,000 calories is pretty easy to consume. 3,000 is barely above maintenance for me

Not the ones u buy in a carton that says "pasteurized". It's actually a carton that only has egg white liquid. But If u use the actual raw egg (separate white n yolk), not only it's dangerous, but only 50% of it only gets absorbed. With pasteurized it's 100% safe and absorbed!!!!!

This is my trick, making shakes to drink as eating is a chore for me, but a shake from whole food, not protein powder or meal replacement. Only drama i have is i am carb sensitive and i stopped buying R-ALA and when i consume one of these shakes i crash very hard. really sucks
