Well, probably indefinitely as it's basically a TRT protocol. BW should be monitored every 6 months or so keeping an eye on RBC's, Hematocrit, etc, as if it gets too high it's very unhealthy. Routinely giving blood is an option many use here, but if your protocol is right you should be good without it. Being that you're in your 50's your levels are probably not that great naturally anymore. You may consider coming off and getting under a doctor's care at which time insurance should cover your meds. Then still B & C when you feel the need. Just a thought anyway....
It would especially be prudent to pay attention to your lipids, which I mentioned earlier. Tren is horrible on them and it's something you may consider avoiding if you struggle in the cholesterol department.
