Balkan under dosed?

At the present time I'm only able to get balkan test. I never ran it before but heard it's under dosed, however I heard its g2g too. Their dbol worked great for a buddy. He ran a different test base with his cycle, not balkan. Should I wait for something else or is it worth running their test? I appreciate any help thanks

Balkan is not under dose at least imo.
