Just thought I'd post in here as a little bit of an introduction.
I'm 21 and up until about 19 I was pretty chubby. 5'9 and nearly hitting 90kg. I dropped a bit over 20kg training for marathons, doing 12k in 55 minutes on a good day. Last summer I decided to put on some mass when I dropped under 70kg, so I bought a bit of home gym equipment and started lifting 5 times a week. I joined a gym (Olympia, South Melbourne) about 3 months ago and started taking it a bit more seriously. My training went up to 6 days a week, doing a 3 day split (Day 1: Arms, Shoulders - Day 2: Chest, Back - Day 3: Legs, Core). I cut down from 83kg to 75kg at ~11% bf, maintaining muscle mass and improving strength.
At the moment I'm measuring in at 16" biceps, 44" chest, 31" waist, 13.5" forearms, 22" quads, 16" calves, 10" ankles, and 7.5" wrists.
I'm currently benching 80kg at 5-6 reps, and squatting 160kg at 2 reps.
My next goal (end of march) is to be at 8% bf, 18" biceps, 46+" chest, 30" waist, 14" forearms, 24" quads, 16.5" calves, 200kg squat + deadlift, and 100kg bench press.
After that I'm looking at trying a cycle of T-bol/Var.
