I recently purchased some hcg and have it stored in my cupboard and was told once I mix the water a hcg powder I must store in fridge is this the case or not? Also should I be storing it in the fridge before I mix?

After mixing, yes. Fridge is best.

I store the freeze dried powder in fridge as well as once it's constituted.
