Saw this kid the other day maybe 17-18 load up the bench press with 135 and then started doing floor wipers on it while static hold on barbell. Looked dangerous as f*** I guess he's been looking into the sparta workout but doing them on the bench press? I don't see the point of even doing these on the floor, I'm I missing something here? Seems like there are a hell of a lot more safe and effective workouts that target the shoulders and core than these wipers. Whats the deal-e-o?
