    Maintenance intake

    I'm 6'3" 25 years 216 lbs probably 14% body fat. What would a good caloric intake be for maintaining lean body mass

    How many calories do you currently consume? Need more information.. We don't know your body like you do, you could easily find a BMR calculator and workout how many calories per day you "should" eat per day to maintain but this method won't always be correct.

    It's trial and error, something you need to workout yourself by experimenting until you find yourself not loosing or gaining weight.

    If you want to 'maintain' your lean body mass, as you put it, then it would make sense to me that you would consume your maintenance level caloric intake, you just need to figure out what your TDEE is. Is that your goal though? You don't want to gain more LBM? If not then that's fine, again you just need to discover what your current LBM is and calculate from there.
