New guy from ky looking forward to soaking up all the great info. Guess I should go ahead and get all the basics out of the way first. 40yrs old, been out of lifting for several years, been back for a yr. 5'-4", 205#, no idea what bmi is. Bmi is not as bad as it sounds. Biceps are 17 1/4", forarms are 14 1/2", chest is 46 1/2", calves are 18 1/2", thighs are 25 3/4". And pretty solid except for a bit of beer gut that don't seem to want to go away. Lol. Done 1st ever cycle of test-300mg/ deca-300mg a week. Got pretty good gains, couple of inches everywhere. Guess that's all the new guy info. Hope to learn and in return help down the road.
