You obviously have a good base. But in my opinion I would work a little on diet and walk on a treadmill for an hour each morning to burn some fat off. As you begin to cut up, you will actually look bigger as you will see your base even better. Once you drop some body fat you could consider running a cycle. Many people who have not done AAS before think that it just puts on lean muscle. But the reality is it puts on about 15lbs of water weight. Although it makes your arms bigger, when you do not have a skinny gut, it makes you feel worse as you will just want to lose the fat. But during a cycle you want to eat like a bear and gain as much weight as possible to benefit from the cycle. Of course everyone is different, but I personally like to lose as much bf as possible and then do AAS as it the results look much better in my opinion. Good luck!

Yes i'm going to start doing more cardio as at the moment i'm only hitting the gym 3 times a week. And yes i think i have too much bf which i need to lose down. I don't want to take them now and look like a square box i think you are right... first goal to lose BF now! thank you

Offensive? It was the symbol WW2 Germany (Nazi) regime which was responsible for millions of deaths, and is now usually associated with white supremacists and other racist groups - it is just very strange to see a dark person with a symbol usually associated with racist white people.

Oh ok... even before germany(nazi) the swastika existed hundreds of years before it in many cultures like Buddhism , Hindu's etc with a religious meaning mainly in asia

Yeah, that tattoo could get you a serous ass kicking in the U.S. without question. It is guaranteed to get you a million dirty looks and nasty comments. Glad it has a different meaning to you.
