Thumbs up prolotherapy dextrose morrhuate prp whole blood therapy

I guess i can share so much about this because its the therapy that made my life worth living again.

Basic prolotherapy and why it fails: dextrose xylocaine injection. I have add this more then the others with very limited results and the treatment did not hold at all. Dextrose shrinks the ligaments makes it dry and it rebuild itself. I feel that its no strong enough and money is wasted on this for nothing, and all if not most scientific studies are based on this no wonder why it fails. Dextrose is best suited for the couch patato that does not exercise even then it needs to be repeated often.

Prolotherapy with sodium morrhuate (cod liver based) salin and xylocaine: this as a lot better results because the morrhuate sort of sticks to the ligaments and everything holds in place, i was very impress by this and i got back in the gym because of this combination right there.

Whole blood sodium morrhuate salin and vitamin B complex: the ultimate bomb, even with all the treatments my D3D4 would not hold came back loose after a few weeks of training with incline presses and more. This combination after done only twice got everything strong and not moving at all WOW. Whole blood is simply your blood being taken and then re-injected into the injured site and it works amazing cause blood coagulates.

PRP palatel rich plasma: expensive but will do the job depending on the condition, it fix my sacro illica problem for good no more moving there. I am also getting this for a hip labral tear cause by an idiot chiroprator why i hate them is so clear they have no clue about ligament laxity and think they can cure all idiots.

Why prolotherapy fails, simple because there are so many incompetent doing it, and its not a 4 deal treatment its more like 20 at least it was for me because of all the chiro adjustments that made me worst and more. I got 1 treatment per week for a long time but i am a special case, the morruhate was amazing but we did dextrose for a long time too.

You need to build your blood make sure you have enough iron and protein to repair the body, muscles good ligaments are the same, good multi vitamin collagen supplement vitamin C B vitamin D to make sure the ligaments get strong.

Training after the injury: well i hate to break it to you but for me i want longevity more then strength or risk to re injure myself needles to say squatting with big weights and deadlifts are out they compress the spine and are very dangerous.

I have gone the Vince Gironda way 8 X 8 honest workout and the adonis index both are amazing program and if you are like me you got enough mass at 41 i want to cut and to cut you don't need to lift super heavy weights.

    Prolotherapy and conditions it treats:

    All ligaments and tendons issues

It is not a cure all so if there is a labral tear with arthritis and the tendon is detach from the shoulder PRP prolo won't do squat i know there is a guy that got 3 PRP treatments 800$ a pop and it did absolutely nothing.

Some cases will require surgery, for me i got a hip labral tear 15mm front of the labrum got 3 whole blood prolo and i feel better, trained legs for the first time in 3 years, i do not have FAI or arthritis in there its only a cut.

Finding a good prolo is a bit hard and making sure he injects a lot of CC too first one i saw was an idiot 12cc for neck lower back and hip he was an incompetent, he also told me i would never train again idiot hahah.

My own proof that scar tissue is formed on top of the weakened ligament. I went for an ultrasound 3 months ago and i did not tell the medical doctor that i got prolo on the Y ligament, from the ultrasound he told me you got some prolo cause i can see there is scar tissue formed on the Y ligament. Scar tissue is what makes the ligament strong again.

Also never get a cortisone shot where you got prolo cortisone is crap and it weakens the whole body.

Thanks for sharing. Was wondering about prolo, good to hear someones experience with it. Like you stated longevity is important. Sometimes people get treated for something and feel a little bit better, but later problem is back where it started.

When i got better i went all out in training and yes the pain came back, when we went morrhuate i stop training complety and did some walking for 8 weeks then started light training, i actually did 100 reps that help to rush the blood in the body and muscles and also help with the treatment. After a while i decided to try adonis index this was my sport doctor that recommended the program its 140$ but you can find it online ( you know what i mean) for free. Its an amazing program with diet and has 3 phase i use the burn phase there is also the 8 X 8 honest workout by Vince Gironda i usually do 3 to 4 exercise for big muscles and 2 for smaller ones finish of with a 3 sets of 13 to 21 reps for build capillary. Keeping the rest between 30 seconds and no more then 1 minute will really help with intensity.

Before i got injured i could do 90 pounds db incline for 8 reps, now i take 40 pounds and when doing the 8 X 8 i use 35 pounds believe me before the 8 sets i do some forced reps its that hard.
I have also changed my way of eating, i eat more protein foods no shakes whey gives me gas and bloating.

I do fine with 1% milk, 1% cottage cheese, almond milk, red meat horse meat, almonds, whole eggs with the yoke.

I try to cut out all sugar and eat complex carbs, and good fats

THe most important thing is to find a competent sport doctor that does prolotherapy of course the best is Ross Hauser but for me he is too far, don't be afraid to ask for whole blood prolotherapy they do it and its far less expensive then PRP i feel it works the same if not better.

Hackett did whole blood prolotherapy when he first started back in the 1940 and it worked great not sure why they replace the whole thing with dextose which is worthless.
