I am a night worker and had issues sleeping during the day until i started taking melatonin about 3 weeks ago, i love the feeling and its does make a difference.
I started doing some research on the internet about it and found a few treads about melatonin and fat loss.

While i don't believe you can eat everything in sight and still lose weight not sure if combined with a good diet if melatonin would be a good addition to add for fat loss.
I take the ErgoGenix ErgoZZZ got zink magnesium and b6 with 3mg of melatonin
