So, I'm about to hit the big 4 1 and have been working out for a couple years. I feel good about the work outs but seem to be burning fat really slow.
I've been considering on taking something besides OTC crap. Thats getting old and really dont seem to be getting anywhere with out an empty wallet. What would be a good place to start? I wanna loose more fat and start gaining more muscle. I dont want to be the hulk but I do want to look bulk.
