I don't know what it is but I feel more productive at night like in the middle of the night.
My schedule is abnormal from most, I wake up at midnight, train at 2am, cook and prep till work at 6am. Work till 3pm. sleep until midnight and repeat.
Wonder if anybody else is weirdo like me?
Number one thing I like is nobody is awake or doing and the gym has 0 people in it 99% of the time, which is perfect because i hate peoplehaha.
