I started going to the gym about 4 month ago
I'm 31 5'8" 208 lbs 25%bf
I'm training 1:30h a day mo day to friday
almost no cardio
just started Skipping rope
I just started a new program given by a friend to gain some lean mass but have no specific diet
Would this be a good diet ?

6-8 eggs white
1/2 cup of oat
1 green Apple + bottle of water
9:00
100gr none fat yougort
Fruit salad
12:00
120 gr of chicken breast
100 gr of rice
150 gr of vegetables
3:00
50 gr almonds
4 - 6 rice cakes
5:00
protein shake
7:00
150gr meat
100gr potatoes
150gr of vegetables
This is what a guy from the gym suggested me but
From what I read till now not sure about it
I would appreciate any help
