i started working out 4 years ago i have gone from 400 lbs to 194lbs from 64% bf to 24% my problem is i have lost alot of weight some of it was really fast now i have lose skin the weight lose was from diet and exercise no surgery. My question is is there anything other than surgery to help my insurance says because i didnt have the weight loss surgery to lose the weight most likely they wont cove the cost of skin removal its hard working out to obtain all that i want to look like and have all this skin hanging off my body i am lifting like crazy to fill the skin with muscle but there is only so much any advice?
