    Pictures, thinking about doing a first cycle.

    Hey guys and gals! I'm 33 years old, and I've been lifting for about a solid 8 years. I've never taking anything other than creatine, protein, and pre workout supplements. I'm considering doing a cycle of test e. My stats

    5"11
    wt: 180 lbs
    bf 15% I'm not sure how accurate my measures are, so if you guys think I'm more or less please give me input.

    I just want to make sure I'm ready to go to the dark side.

    is that relaxed or flexed? id say you were close, but I need to know if u are relaxing or flexing your abs to be for sure. you have a good base, should make good gains

    My stomach is relaxed, if I flex it I can see quite a bit more definition.

    Not so sure about the 8 years solid but you look ready to me if you really want to. Check out info on priming pre-cycle, it will help. Use the search function, Marcus300 has a great thread about it. Start with a test only cycle to get used to pinning and seeing how you react to test.

    Cool thanks for the info! It's been 8 years straight, no lying. I think I have a very high metabolism and I eat 6-7 meals a day. My weight has always been in the 180-190 range. But when I started lifting my arms were around 14 inches, now 16 1/4". I know that doesn't seem like a lot, especially with all the big people on here lol. I think I plateaued quite some time ago.

    no, thats actually damn good man great work. dont let BG intimidate yah man, hes a big boy lol but hes right about marcus diary. lots of useful training techniques in there and thwres also a nutrition section to figure out your baseline diet needs. good luck bro

    Thanks man, I'll check that stuff out for sure! I've tried a few different training techniques, but always go back to max-ot. I like lifting heavy 3-5 reps. My brother always tells me I need to work the fast twitch muscle fibers, so doing some speed work with lighter weight. I try doing that once in awhile, I just don't get the satisfaction.

    heavy 3-5 reps is still fast twitch.
