my nutritionist told me to use creatine, flax seed oil and if possible do a cycle of deca with it! deca is amazing for joints.
I was thinking more of a natural suplement... anyone?!

how many times have you used winny that you want to run it at 100mg/ED?
i know cyc says the difference between 100mg/ED and 50mg/ED is like night and day, however i would see if 50mg/ED works for you before doubling a dosage that is proven to be effective in many.
Freeky - are you gonna do 100 mg ED ??? I once ran 100 mg EOD (after I dropped the 2 weeks worth of painful TT Sus) and saw great gains. I would suggest either 50 mg ED or 100 mg EOD - preferrably the former. I went ahead and just did 100 mg EOD because I had TT Winny that was 100 mg / cc.
Thats gonna put alot of stress on the liver bro. I cycled 100mg/ED in my last cycle and loved it. Took 50mg in the A.M. and 50mg in the P.M. If you decide to 100mg/ED make sure you take necessary precautions from the heptoxic effects.
