I got you beat but I'm not sure if anyone wants to try this route.
I went from 170 down to 120 in less than 2 weeks.
I was working out 6 days a week, 2hrs a day up to this point. Taking all type of OTC supplements to stay healthy.
First thing I noticed is I would take 1 bite of food and felt full, couldn't eat any more. I stated looking a little tan and then getting tired easily. I knew something was terribly wrong when one morning I noticed my biceps were almost they same size as my wrist....

Went to the doctor and he said go home, you have the flu. Waited 2 more days and went to another doctor and as soon as he walked in the room he said OH Sh*t!!! where did you sit? What did you touch? Who have you been around? I thought I was dying... I was not far off.
I had Hepatitis B. I got if from donating (yes Donating) blood. Long story. After a little over 2 week and I SLOWLY started to get better my doctor said he really though I was going to die due to my white blood cell count. It took years to really recover 100%.
Not recommended for a way to loose weight. lol
