    Please Help!! Legs!

No matter what I do I can't increase my squat. Currently Im maxing out at 250 but I rep over 315 on my bench and deadlift. I don't have chicken legs too bad, my calves are pretty small but i have some size in my quads and hammys. I never skip leg day and I always squat but I can't seem to get my strength up! Any tips? Thanks guys!

work with a weight that you can get about 5 reps out, do 5 sets with the same weight, if you complete your 5 sets for 5 reps at that weight, next workout increase the weight by about 5lbs. start off with say 200-220lbs and go from there

Are you a power lifter or a body builder? What do you want, size or strength ?

leg day, what the hell is that? If you want to be good at something you do it often, start with squatting 3 times a week. (and dont forget to eat more, unless you intend to cut in meanwhile)

    Variate intensity:
    Volume (hypertrophy) - 4 sets of 10
    Strength - 5 sets of 5
    power - 3x3, max singles. 2x6, 3x3 with >90%

and if you can, dont bother with partial squats like powerlifters. full depth is double the exercise, even if you start lower - youll be stronger quicker...

Hows your form? What kind of squats are you doing? My squats improved quite a bit when I quit doing regular lowbar and switched to front squats to give them a break. Where do you feel your weak spots are? Glutes, Hams, Quads?

Like someone else asked, are you looking for size or strength? Yes, Those are two different things.

Must not to be concerned to not answer one question the people trying to help you asked. When you do the 250 do you go all the way down? I see lots of guys squatting that go to 90 degrees or less. You gotta drop your ass and get right down there. Even if it means doing 150 lbs or something to start, it'll shoot up quick though.....
