You can if you want. If it bothers you then just move biceps to a different day..
I wouldn't. I try to do one muscle ed but arrange it to where I don't hit the same muscles two days in a raw. my schedule looks like this,
biceps
chest
traps and calves
legs
triceps
back
shoulders
BTW, bicep tendons takes allot of beating, this is why I don't recommend it and that why I have them far apart.
I agree with Bass, I always engage back first when working it and i start with pull-ups, but you obviously need your biceps for back work and i need every ounce of strength i can muster up for pull-ups.
that's why I separate back and biceps, they really take a beating and by the time I am done with biceps I can't do shit for back!
