well hes too dumb to be a cop or RCMP (royal canadian mounted police - like fbi in the states). yeah they really need to set a min IQ level. they should run an short IQ test, u need a minimum of 70 IQ to get in.

CSIS is nothing like the CIA, members of CSIS aren't even allowed to carry firearms, they are mostly high-tech and internal security workers with absolutley no law enforcement powers. All warrants aqquired by CSIS are inforced by either local police officers or RCMP. And BTW the RCMP is nothing like the FBI, The RCMP is just glorified city police with an extra few hours of training. Agencies like ORCA "Organized Crime" are more like the CIA.
