    the new guy

    hi everyone my names kay and from new zealand.im 34yrs old , 6'1(186cm) tall ,106kgs (16stone-233lbs).im loving the atmosphere here already as all I can see is positive advice and help info so far. looks like ive come to the right place for advice & info.
