Hey I'm off cycle right now working up some strength. How does this look
Flat bench (warmup) then 265x5 255x6 225x6
Decline 245x6 245x5 225x5
decline flyes 50x8 3x
Then some Abs
with 15 mins of low intensity cardio to burn up some fat.

I would include incline bench as well. and replace decline flyes with flat on incline.
Thanks bass so Maybe Flat bench /Incline bench (swap them to every now and then) to decline? then flyes.... I feel like I may be over working if I do that off cycle.
But seriously flat of incline flies instead huh? I've read you activate more fibers doing decline flyes
on a side note : I usually do Incline first but I'm trying to build my lower chest more.
yes you can do declines now and then but minimize them, its easy to add mass in your lower pec that your upper, so make sure you balance them. if you're looking to change it up try cables. I have a cable cross cable machine that is about 5 feet apart, I add extensions to the cables so I can position the bench about 2 ' forward, basically the machine sits behind me by 2'. then simply do cable seated press. I guarantee you will love the affects, you will get the best pumps.
Ok minimize the declines more Inlines, got it. Seated cable press instead of flies i'm assuming right?
yes seated press, kind of works like a leverage machine, where you have constant resistance. you will love it. of course you can switch every other workout with something different.

I actually like to do dips with triceps. I usually do them weighted.
