Looking for some nolvadex dosage advice for pct after my first cycle of test prop for 12 weeks.

Also wondering if hcg is a good idea ?

hcg should be used on side with an AI along side. You should run Clomid and nolvadex for pct

standard pct is nolvadex 40/40/20/20 Clomid 100/50/50/50 if the suds are to much on the Clomid the first week lower the dose

sorry I meant sides. I would never cycle without using hcg with an AI alongside
