    Need to cut body fat

First I wanted to say that I know I am only 22 and I both understand the potential side effects of what I am doing and I accept those potential side effects. I am fully aware of the risks of using supplements at my age.

Here is where I am at physically:
    Weight 220
    Height 5'10
Body fat: Not exactly sure where body fat is at. Did tape test for my Unit and Im somewhere around 16-18 range.

Goal: Drop body fat over the next 10 weeks.

Cycle: I am starting my cycle of Test E with Clen this coming Sunday.

My workouts could use a little work but I am confident that I am on the correct plan. As we all know diet is the biggest part in any cutting cycle. So my question for everyone is this..... For someone who is 220 trying to cut to down to around 190 what would be a good diet to go with Clen and Test E. Can you give me specific foods (example: 1 can tuna 1/2 cup rice 3 carrots) something similar to that.

Open to all suggestions, but please be courteous. I do not want to debate with someone over the internet. Thank you for reading and if you take the time to respond a special thank you for that!!

Can you briefly list the side effects of cycling with your stats?

You think you want to lose 30lbs. If you are about 16% and you cut 30lbs fat there's every chance you will die. I'm gonna guess you don't need to lose 30lbs or are well over 20%.

And use this chart to better guesstimate your bodyfat and maybe post a pic so we can see what we are dealing with?

You also need to read this and formulate your own plan. Nobody is going to write your diet for you.

    Welcome to the board!

Appreciate your honesty. Many come on and lie about their age in hopes to get some guidance.

With that said (sorry I feel a responsibility to say it), and in good conscious, I have to recommend you wait a couple years minimum before you consider aas. The fact that you're trying to figure out dieting simultaneously with your first cycle, should tell you that you are not ready.

You can accomplish amazing things naturally if your diet and training routine are correct.

With respect to your diet plan and with consideration of your goals, you need to figure out your LBM and calculate your TDEE as well as your macronutrients.

Since you're cutting, you'll want to have your caloric intake below your TDEE, or maintenance number.

Visit the diet forum and austinite's educational database. There is a ton of info on there on this topic.

Also, have a peak at Marcus300's the young and steroids.

I probably guessed a little wrong with the weight I would want to get down to. Like i said tho, I am not 100% sure where my body fat is considering the tape test is easily beaten. Our unit does a tape with every PT test and me being 220 at 5'10 I must get taped. The army standards say the max weight for someone at 5'10 is around 185 so i guessed a good weight would be somewhere in the 190's.

Thank you for your concern too!! I've always heard you do not want to touch anything until you're 25 or so. With that being said I've done a lot of research on the side effects and the possible long term permanent ones too.

Based on that I would say I am somewhere between the 20-25% range.

Well, I'll be blunt. Aside from your age you are too fat to cycle. Cutting or not you need to drop that bodyfat before you start to cycle.

I think you should read this if you haven't already

    http://forums.steroid.com/anabolic-s...rst-cycle.html

Anyway, as this is a thread about dieting you should read the other link I posted and post your planned diet so we can critique that.

JNance this is the link you need buddy.. listen to reason here. You keep saying your're aware of the risk but you're acting like its not a big deal. Fact is, you don't have a good diet plan and you can accomlish a lot with a good one. Check out number 2 (Nutritional Planning) in that link and it will explain everything you need to get yourself on track with regard to diet planning.

We wouldn't steer you in the wrong direction man.. hope you do the right thing for yourself.

Thanks for your input guys! Gave me some pretty good resources. Sunday I start my cycle and will keep everyone posted on progress.

Igi- you were right number 2 did help out a lot. One benefit of going to a big University is that we have quite a few of nutrition majors here. I called a friend who grad last year and he is gonna sit with me tomorrow and write out a good diet plan. Something that I wont want to kill myself in the process of doing either. And thanks for your courteous offers of concern too. Before I became a member id get on here and see people, for lack of better words, being a total dick to someone my age asking about AAS. So i do appreciate that alot.

I have been following austinites fat loss protocol. My top 4 abs are visible now! I'm doing 30 mins hiit cardio after lifting 6 days a week with a calorie deficient diet, BUT the protocol is most definitely helping.

22 years old and 25% bodyfat and you are going to cycle anyway?!

Man, I love it when people come here for advice, get advice, then shove it back in your face. Doesn't feel like a waste of time at all.

Right, on to a more worthy cause.

Hey JN, not to add to your dilemma about getting good free advice, but it is important to listen to these guys. Most of us have been around and made mistakes, mistakes we are trying to keep you from making. The health risks DO NOT OUTWEIGH the benefits. Please be cautious and take your time making theses decisions. It's easy to see people with muscles and just "want it" but you owe it to the sake of longevity, to be WELL informed. Just some friendly advice.

I agree bro, you should never underestimate the power of a real proper diet plan and a little hard work and sacrifice. Those few things will take you anywhere you want to go at your age or really any age for that matter.
