Hello I was 85kg and dropped down to 75kg by just controlling my calories from over 2500 to under 1500 per day, I was also on a bitch of a CV programme as well, I was doing tri-tren and sus as well. I am at my optimum weight for my height (yes I am a short arse!) I was wanting to get lean muscle mass and bring myself up to 80-85kg lean. I was told to do a winstrol and sus base with ephedrine or clen to be introduced and a pre work out jab of tren, this apparently will make me drop approx. 2lb of fat per week, and increase lean muscle and vascularity? I would like to know if this makes sense to you guys and also what should I eat, I see plenty of diets etc to bulk up and I get it, but I just want a simple to follow diet plan please.... my protein intake should not be more than 186g per day, unless you guys think differently
