I have not seen the movie, but I read the book. The book was good to go.

Ive seen it 3 times now I like it a lot it was very sad. Although not realistic as far as how much damage a person can take but they gotta make it appealing to holly wood

Very good movie. Read the book when it first came out and actually met Luttrel at a Q & A book event in Jersey in 08. Two hours of him on stage being interviewed about the event followed by questions and answers. Place held 5K people and could have sold out many times over. It was hosted by Mike Smirconish (sp) a radio host/writer/lawyer, author of "Flying Blind," another good book.

Movies never equal the book but this wasn't bad.

I just started the book. Don't think I want to watch the movie until I'm done reading the book.

Great movie, have to agree. Movies like this almost make feel guilty for not paying to see it in the theater.

    Wahlberg rocks!!

No doubt, stunt men were definitely underpaid in the movie. Very, very realistic.
