    Whey Protein

    Hello everyone

Have a question about whey protein. I'm eating 200g of protein per day in five meals. Two (2) meals I drink whey protein. My question is can I drink whey protein for 3 or even 4 meals per day?

You can do anything you want but i would suggest no. It needs to be a supplementation to your nutrition plan not a meal replacement in my opinion. Your body will digest it much faster than real food. Its fine in a pinch but i wouldnt depend on it

By adding some more digestible collateral to the protein will help your body assimilate it slower, thus creating a longer digestive enzyme release and protein efficacy. Try using some whole grain oatmeal, handful of whole almonds (or all natural almond butter) or some waxy maze/banana/and some flax or hemp oil is another simple choice.

The point is, by adding some important and much needed nutrients will give you a better sense of being full and more energy as well. Jim has it right though, if it were easy, everybody would be doing it. Good luck
