hey guys, ive been out of the gym for the last 2 years after a grueling recovery from a cruciate knee ligament operation. lets say ive lost my way fitness/body shape, i found that this site really helps. ive been researching the nutrition page like crazy cos i know that without a diet your muscles will stay quite (heard a old timer say that in the gym yesterday). i know sitting with your leg up for a total of 16 months you kinda put some weight on. id just like to say hello and thanks for the amount of knowledge most of you guys have and share.
