    Question please,help

    i'm on cycle-test-e 250-500mg every 4 days and arimidex 0.25mg eod
    first cycle...
    i'm 21 190lb 15% bf 5.6ft
    this is fourth wk and today i pain my right egg( )
    what i do ?
    why i have pain ?
