What supplements do you take and do you think they work?
I take protein, casein, creatine, beta alanine, multi-v and joint formula.
Joint formula defiantly help with joints, if I stop taking it they start to get a little akky

Correct. Protein powders are meal replacements, which I don't really need. In most cases, they are unhealthy and packed with junk ingredients/fillers.
The fact is, most people who are into fitness in general, over consume protein. It's silly really, we don't need so much protein that we have to resort to mass produced powders.

Austinite ur knowledge astounds me haha. You must love ur study. How come no creatine? What's your thoughts on creatine?

I'm gonna start Austinite's fat loss stack next week aswell. Only supplementing I do with Protien powder is a half of a scoop of Chocolate to give a little flavor to my morning 24oz serving of Milk! I love to eat WAY too much to drink powder rather than chew on some meat, lol!
