    Intro

    Hello, i have not worked out in about a year and have lost muscle and put on 30lbs of fat. I am looking to get back in the gym and hoping to find something to accelerate may comeback and keep me motivated.

    Oki-Des, i would agree with this, and besides a good diet and exercise is there a good fat burner to help me burn some fat faster.
