Hey guys,
I'm almost 36, 225 lbs. I've been crossfiting for a year now. I've lost about 30 lbs, and eating clean. I Crossfit 3 to 4 times per week but I would like to go more like 5 times. I just am not recovering enough like in my 20's to make it happen.
My goals 1) cut weight 2) recovery better to build more strength.
Can you all recommend best therapy to help with my goals? And where do I buy from buysteriods.com seemed to have bad reviews.
