Hey all! Just wanted to take a quick sec and say hi. I'm new to this board but have been a member quite a few other boards since about ..oh.. Id say...1998. I've taken quite a few years off from serious training because of other priorities (Got married, had kids, ect.) My journey back into fitness will be slow but steady but I'm committed to the challenge. I can see that lots of things have changed over the years but much still remains the same. I'll be around but I won't live here. I'm respectful to others and their opinions. Ill be a sponge..absorbing as much new information I can and if I can help out answering a question or two from time to time based on my experience... I'll provide my opinion.
