    just started training again today

    Back in black- i read the links you posted about nutrition. I found the one with the meal planning to be eapecially helpful. So since im wanting to build very lean muscle what would be your best advice as to my diet?

    BiB will not create a diet for you! Create a meal plan, post it here and I am sure people will chime in on what, if anything, to change!
