Mehtyl Sten as kickstart to Test e cycle ?

so after much debate, i decided i am ready to go through with my first cycle of 10-12wk test e...I have a bottle of Beastdrol V2 and was thinking about adding it as a kickstart...

week 1-12 Test E
week 1-4 Beast (Methly Sten) 4mg per Pill.
week 6-12 possibly another oral, Tbol or Winny.

Pct Clomid & Nolva

Height 6'0"
Weight 202 lbs
Body fat % 12-13

Better. .25mg of adex may be enough to start. It varies per person. If you can mange your E with .25mg, that's where I'd start.

What are your planned calories daily? This more than anything will determine results.

I plan on eating something like this

Meal 1 - Protein shake/ raw oats

Meal 2 - Canned Tuna/ black eyed peas

Meal 3 - Protein shake/ raw oats

meal 4 - Chicken Tenders baked 6-8 Oz. and salad.

Possibly another Protein shake. before bed. Im not concerned about eating to much, because the choice of my foods will be clean...so if i need to add more chicken, veggies, etc that is fine..

Im trying to control fat gain, and come out with solid gains, so i can see what i really earn. I am also taking Clen & ECA stack throughout the cycle.

Not nearly enough food. Have you calculated your TDEE to determine your maintenance calories so you know how much more you need to eat above your TDEE.

With that nutrition plan currently, you'll be disappointed with results.

Using the numbers you provided, your TDEE is around 2800 calories. That is the amount of food you would need to eat to stay at your current size. You'll need to eat at least 500-800 calories more every day to see any gains in LBM - assuming your stats were correct.

Some guys will run anavar as an oral towards the end, others like to kick start with dbol. Personally, I would keep the first cycle as simple as possible. See how your body responds to higher testosterone levels the first time. On subsequent cycles you can add an oral once you've cycled testosterone by itself and know what side effects you may have to counteract.

Cardio will keep you lean by adding up to 30 mins a day it will keep your bf in check and the most important muscle (your heart) healthy.

No, I do not. The risks of hepatotoxicity are higher than injectable anabolics and PHs will shut you down as much as anabolics so why not run a proper cycle with physiologically similar exogenous testosterone. Too often people assume PHs must be safe because most are over the counter supplements. This is untrue.

I'd hold the oral for cycle two. See what your results are from this cycle. Then decide if you want additional mass or to reduce your bf further. That criteria will determine your next cycle.

Op one of your questions was can you make good gains from acouple test only cycles. The answer is absolutely yes!
