advice on steroids injection

hey just wanted to ask I have recently change alternating steroid injection sites from the delts to the thigh the second last shot I did my leg sweel up and bruise from the knee cap up the thighs and it change color from red and orange and today I swap legs and did the bilateral thigh muscles, as I was injecting the gear, blood was drawing back into the syringe not to sure why that was happening , got a major cork in my leg and heavy coffing after some advice would be good

The reason for the blood is you hit a vein, injections should be intramuscular always remember to asphyxiate before injecting the oil, not sure of the side effects of injecting into a vein but I could guess it would be quite serious be careful

I think what testy boy meant was aspirate. If you asphyxiate you would be dead. So you mite want to just aspirate instead lol.

if you are drawing back blood do not inject change spots and try again. Also what are you injecting if I inject deca into my quad it makes my knee ache for days . you cant go wrong injecting in glutes .
