When you inject into the quad do u put the needle in all the way and then aspirate or do u have a little bit of the needle showing and then aspirate , or does it not matter either way?

depends on the needle size. Leave a little out if you can and yes always aspirate. The idea is that if the needle breaks it's easier to fish out than if it's buried under the skin

I guess pin must of broke on someone at some point and if it was buried would be tough.

I have found the 1 1/2 inch 23 gauge to be the best for me...

Yeah and depending how lean you are you may or may not have to go that deep. I never do

If the pin broke (not sure why it would), it would come out on its own, not get buried.

How does a needle break?? I've tried, doesn't work. I sink it all the way in, that way it's more likely to stay where I asperate... If aspiration is even necissary...
