First you retain water, then you start building real muscle. You need at least 8 weeks to make some solid gains. 12 weeks would be optimal. Now I learned that in a longer cycle you got to taper up dose, because you can get stuck very fast. For recovery, take some hcg and nolva and clomid and you won’t normally even feel some changes in your libido after the cycle. Although, there are always excepcions
