1st cycle

Hello everyone I am new here and joined up to get some info and advice as I start my first cycle. I am 25 y/o, 6 ft, 190lb. I have done alot of research and have found a domestic source that seems to check out for when I decide to start. I plan on running a cycle of sustanon 250 mg a week for 10 weeks and using clomid and nolva for a pct. I have read on other forums that it is a good idea to take some nolva at 20mg/ed if any gyno symptoms occur during cycle until a week after symptoms are gone and then again for pct. I have also heard others say to just have some arimidex on hand. What do you guys recommend? I plan on starting pct 2 weeks after last injection as follows.

Week 1: 100mg/day Clomiphene + 20mg/day Tamoxifen
Week 2: 50mg/day Clomiphene + 20mg/day Tamoxifen
Week 3: 50mg/day Clomiphene + 20mg/day Tamoxifen
Week 4: 20mg/day Tamoxifen

I personally like arimidex, but am wondering why you are using sustanon 250 instead of test enthanate or propiaonate? Do you want to take less shots?

The shots aren't really a problem although less would be better. I had sustanon recomended by a friend who used it on his first cycle. After reading up on it test e seems to be the better route though. 2 shots a week at 250 mg per seems to be the recommended dosage. Should I stick with the 10 week cycle on this?

Single ester test is best especially for a first cycle.

Yeah, I agree with RedZ. I really dont like to say you should take anything. But if you are going to do it anyways, then yeah, 500mg a week seems like a good starting point. Good luck.
