Thread: In week 9 of cut!

    So I got a coach this time around, john Otis Hollywood if anyone has heard of him. This is by far my best cut ever . I normally cut on low carb but my coach has me on high carb low fat. I'm on test and tren ATM just 500/400 and coming off soon. Current macros are 275 protein 210 carbs on training days and 40 fat. Off days 170 carbs and one Refeed a week at 310 carbs. Cardio is 4 days of MISS to burn 450 cals and one HIIT day. Don't have any b4 pics on my phone but I got sloppy. 2 pics are one chest day other back day Stats are 37yrs old 5-10 ,180lb.. Look much bigger as im under 10% with good upper aesthetics.


    Update on 3 rd pic just took feb 12th.. Looking better each week.

    With the shirt on, thats my goal, with a bit on the forearms I think. How long have you been lifting? How many cycles in general?

    What about abs/legs?

    Didn't start gear till 34 and what got me on it was just do to trt as my test and mostly free test was always low.. Well that turned into cycling then coming down to 150-200 a week enth.. Life is much better , my wife woudnt change a thing as my sex drive is consistent where b4 I could have cared less. Abs are good and legs starting to come In nice . I got ab pics I take when I wake up but all show my face. Abs are in just tad lower fat that needs to go!

    100% made a difference but make sure you get a good one.. This guy has a proven track record and knows his shit.

    Looking shredded Slim, good work bro! Been wondering how your cut was going...looks like you and your coach are killing it! Keep up the good work bro...I like your muscle maturity and symmetry...good upper chest development and nice rounded delts! Off subject but you liking those versa grips? I use standard straps but been hearing good things about those grips.

    Thanks brother! I love versa grips just bought another pair. Other lasted 2 years but got shredded .

    More personal , I want to get stage condition for physique , I'm to small for bodybuilding. Once I do that I may convince myself to get on stage and try a competition.

    Diet and cardio is what it's all about. I'm within 5 carbs of my 275 protein and 5 of my 210 carbs and within 3 grams of my 40 fats a day ..

    Fckn brutal and I'm starving all day but best results I've had in my life..

    You don't have to starve yourself bro! As you can see from Slim's macro's he's not starving by any means. Just have to dial in your diet and figure out what works for you. I personally weigh 200 lbs. and can cut off 3000+ cals.

    Although I am starving but i not ultra low cals. Just hard workouts and cardio keep me burning these calories up..

    ha ha tear up those carbs today son! Yeah I like your coaches style...feed the muscle with adequate cals and then use your workouts and cardio to burn excess cals thus leading to a leaner physique overall!

    What other steroids did you use during your cut to achieve that type of vascularity and density?Anyone with a brain knows test alone doesn't do that

    Well show is done .. I ripped my distal bicep head right off my bone lifting a tv.. Need surgery to re attch.. Long recovery !

    Yup got a 60in LG plasma for 600 at walmart.. Was so excited and setup without help.. As I Wing spanned to lift up I sheared the muscle right off the bone.. Weird it don't hurt..

    I go to ortho Friday want to get surgery asap as this can be a long recover..

    Oh well going back to 150 trt for next 6 months. Time to get better sleep and EAT !!

    And good detox off gear my body needs it..

    Trying to take some positives out of this..
