here are my stats:
Age: 29
Height: 6.2ft
Weight : 185
Work out history: last 4 years on and off.
Diet: 6-8 egg whites in the morning, plenty of oats and protein.
: lunch: chicken breast with veggies and protein shake
:2nd meal : 30 g of proteins, fruits, eggs
Work out: protein shakes post work out.
: Dinner: Chicken breast with veggies, sweet potatoes
: protein shake before sleeping
I took 250mg of Test E last tuesday jan 28th and have been consuming 30mg/day of Dbol for last few days. Work outs already improved, went from 180 to 185 pounds in less than a week, been eating a lot of healthy food and plenty of fluids. Lifting pretty heavy till I am beat.
I would like to get to 200-220 pounds, I have 5000 iu HCG and 50 tablets of 50 mg clomid , 20 ml of test e and 100tabs of 10 mg dbol in stock.
Can someone please suggest/advice on how to continue my first cycle and for how long?
