Regarding the fast strength gains, suspension (or TNE for that matter) is not what I consider to be a novice steroid. Yes, its test, but it is very fast acting and can certainly put added strain on your secondary support system (joints/ligaments/tendons) from lifting heavier weight that your muscles can move but your joints or ligaments might be shocked by, and potentially injured from. I would recommend suspension or TNE for an advanced lifter and not a novice for that reason.
I've heard of some shooting suspension sub-q, however I have never done it and do not know anyone personally who has. I've heard that it can be very painful and cause inflammation as well.
