Hello guys and gals, Newbie here just trying to get as much info as I can to get all the technical and health stuff...maybe even get my #$%&ing diet down before starting my first cycle. 6'4 240-250 right now as close as i can figure around 18-20%BF right now going by the pictures posted on another thread, awesome job BTW. I'm 24 but dont plan on starting a cycle until 25 and I have everything I need.
Any and all suggestions,comments and criticism is welcome and appreciated,I only ask that its based on experience or real knowledge and maybe avoid the "my buddy knew a guy who did this" sorta thing.
the next 7 months my goal is to get myself down to a more aesthetic BF and get my lifts up to get a solid foundation and the most out of my first cycle(right now was looking at D-bol/T-bol ontop of TEST-E
