    L-Carnitine Caps and L-Acetyl-Carnitine

    I have heard from a few of my friends that these supps are good and help keep you lean. Any opinions? from the ppl of the board? Where is the best place to order from.

    the L-Carnitine make stored fat readily available to be burned..so yea they are very helpful.

    I take L-Carnitine. I get mine from Walgreens. 30 caps @ 250mg for 10.00. I am dieting right now and they do seem to help.

    anabolicstore I believe has acetly-carnitine cheaper than anywhere else, but it is in powder form.
