Hi,i'm looking for a workout plan that will get me great gains of bulk muscle!!! I've been on hormone replacement therapy since age 13, but just recently started taking alot more than i "need" in order to bulk up. i'm not sure the mgs, but I now take 2mls testosterone cypionate, injected once every week. And I have been working out since 2000. basically i've been doing 3 sets high reps (8-12) then 3 sets of 5reps max / I do 2 muscles per w.o. / 5 exercises for each muscle group / I w.o. 3 on and one off and my workouts take an hour and a half to complete... I'm 37yrs old, weigh 200lbs mostly muscle but with too much fat on the stomach, and like i said been working out for 14yrs. So can someone please tell me what to do or change over the next few yrs to get way bigger and with decent muscle tone/def??? thx !!
