Has anyone tried it? Personally I think its another fad diet, and I can see how starving yourself can make someone lean.. but lack of nutrients for 16 hours... it can really mess with functionality of the brain. OR am I just being a crazy girl?

Cute, but not crazy!
Whatever nutritional path one attempts to follow, any sober assessment would beg the question of whether or not sustainability will be an issue.
Since I personally can't see that as being sustainable for me, then it would be a path I'd avoid.
I have above average will power in this area, but the one issue for me is when I get hungry, I really need to eat. When I go past time to eat, I get irritable, and sometimes I'll pick up a small tremor in my hands.
I've been doing something similar to this for the past 2 weeks. I needed to lose a significant amount of weight in a short period of time and I'm currently down about 12lbs since I started.
I couldn't do it..
Just started my 2nd round
It's a typical If style diet(warrior,If or renegade)
It is not a fad
I ran this with very solid success last year
This time out, it was suggested by another juicer I spoke with. This guy made me look like a fat fvck since he is deep single digit Bf
A If style diet combined with a EC stack is one fat burning migraine having trip. . . . lol

I know it burns the fat... but I am more looking at functionality while fasting.
