Well, I'd like to start off with saying thanks to the guys who've made the stickies in this forum, I've learnt a hell of a lot thanks to the stickies.
I've been viewing these forums for about 3 months now and finally decided to create an account last month but due to work etc haven't really found time to introduce myself! Tragic, I know..
Well I'm 24, 168lbs, 5"9 currently on a bulk, 3 weeks in and gained 4lbs in weight, not currently sure how much is lbm etc. I'm hoping to get to about 180, but don't want to put a number on it .. The mirror will be my judge!!
I'm quite a small fella, but I'm doing my best to change that! I've been doing weights for about 7 months now. But at the start I had little knowledge and I'm slowly learning a lot more thanks to forums like this one! I do want to juice in the future but I'm not ready yet as you'll all agree of course. I take the regular supplements you'd expect and eat a balanced 90% clean diet.
Now I eat, breath and sleep the gym it's what I think of when I wake up and when I sleep.
